Hi guys, I've been seriously diving into brain memory and concentration (http://memoriestearooms.co.uk/forum/profile/LeonaKashi (http://memoriestearooms.co.uk/forum/profile/LeonaKashi)) health lately and wanted to share some interesting stuff about how our brains store info that totally changed my perspective — so from what I've read the sensory memory role is like this super brief snapshot of information processing that sticks around for a split second before getting filtered into short-term memory or completely disappearing, and honestly grasping this concept has helped me concentrate more consciously because memory and concentration are fundamentally intertwined that working on one tends to improve the other, and if you want to boost your cognitive function and information retention, actively working on sensory input at the very beginning is absolutely key.
