Excellent topic — wanted to add a few thoughts. Based on years of trying different approaches, nothing replaces actually doing the work over time. What I keep coming back to is how dramatic resolutions usually fail while quiet routines succeed. Those new to building better routines should start small — the right approach makes all the difference. Glad to find other thoughtful people here.
