Hey everyone, I've been seriously diving into vintage Historical Menswear Pieces (Event-Photografie.De (http://event-photografie.de/index.php?mod=users&action=view&id=495096)) lately and wanted to share sleeve garters because truly these overlooked menswear accessories need a comeback than they currently get — were you aware that the sleeve garter origins actually goes all the way to the Victorian era when shirts were made in only generic sizing and shirt sleeve styling tools were absolutely essential for holding sleeves at the ideal height for daily tasks? I recently grabbed a gorgeous pair of vintage sleeve holders and seriously my shirt sleeve styling has never been sharper — who else use sleeve holders with their dress shirts?
